About the Service

Enjoy Osaka to the Fullest—Free Yourself from Your Baggage!

This baggage delivery service is available for customers using the OCAT Line limousine bus from Kansai International Airport.
If you drop off your baggage at Apple Delivery on the 1st floor of OCAT by 4:30 PM, we will deliver it to your designated accommodation within Osaka City by 8:00 PM.
You can make a tentative reservation from the bus to speed up the process.
The delivery contract will be finalized when you complete the procedure at Apple Delivery.
If your plans change and you are unable to visit the counter after making a tentative reservation, there’s no problem.

Please note that delivery is only available to accommodations within Osaka City that are designated by our company.

  • Fragile or precision items (e.g., glassware, ceramics, computers, cameras)
  • Valuables (e.g., cash, jewelry, watches)
  • Hazardous materials (e.g., gas canisters, fuel such as gasoline)
  • Food items (e.g., perishables or raw foods.

This website handles tentative reservations only.
Please complete the final procedures, including payment, at Apple Delivery on the 1st floor of OCAT.

We will deliver your baggage to a designated hotel in Osaka City by 8:00 PM.

You can pay at the Apple Delivery counter by cash or credit card.

Can I cancel my tentative reservation?
A

Yes, you can. If you do not complete the final procedure at the counter, the reservation will be treated as canceled.
However, once we have accepted your baggage, cancellation is not possible.
